Food & Beverage Supervisor – Opportunity
Tapestry is an active aging community for independent adults. At Tapestry, residents live healthy, engaged, purposeful and socially connected lives and experience personalized, resident-centric service. Reporting to the Resident Service Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor has experience in all aspects of food & beverage service, production, and delivery, as well as experience supporting team members in consistently delivering a high level of consistent and engaged service to our residents. The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a hands-on highly organized individual with a positive attitude focused on elevating our community’s Food & Beverage experience and creating memorable dining moments for our residents and guests. The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the Mission of our community, which operates 7/24-365 days.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts is an asset
- Minimum five-years experience in a fast-paced, high-quality establishment high-quality environment with a strong focus on delivering a superior service experience
- Previous Bartending experience required
- Strong product development and creative skills
- Serving it Right Certification
- Food Safe Level 1 Certificate
- AED & CPR Certification
- You are a collaborative team player and an excellent communicator
