Festa Junina, also known as the Festa de São João holiday, is a Brazilian harvest festival, adopted from European Midsummer celebrations. This unique national tradition is celebrated in the month of June, and celebrates the end of the rainy seasons, the rural life, and the beginning of harvest.
Join the residents at Tapestry at Victoria Harbour as we celebrate the Brazilian Festa Junina with a Brazilian style BBQ, vibrant colors, games and music, featuring the talented Edie Duponte.
