
Out of the Box Mindfulness & Self-Empowerment Workshop

Belinda D’Mello, Health Wellness & Self-Empowerment Facilitator, will guide us through a series of Mindfulness techniques in this Self-Empowerment workshop. Techniques introduced include the use of gentle soft humming exercises to relax the entire body, the use of our hands to release unwanted energy and bring in positive energy from the universe, and the importance of belly breathing to connect to your gut feelings and inner wisdom.
