Sustainable Living as a Path to Wellness

Sustainable living is a lifestyle that attempts to reduce an individual’s footprint by reducing the use of natural and personal resources. Through an assessment of diet, health management, energy and household management practices, methods of transportation used, as well as overall consumption patterns, we can learn to consume and live responsibly. In this workshop, we will discuss climate change, the impact of climate change on our health, and how sustainable living can be a path to wellness.
