What’s the lifestyle like?
Leasing at Tapestry is month-to-month. Rates include rent and basic utilities plus a wide variety of services and access to community amenities. Weekly housekeeping including linens and bedding, meal plans to allow maximum choice and flexibility, access to all group fitness classes, a full calendar of customized events and programs, consultation with our wellness professionals, wireless internet connectivity, seminars, regularly-scheduled shuttle service, 24-hour staffing, private event amenity space and more. If you require, or desire, additional or more frequent services, they are available for an additional fee which we conveniently add to your monthly invoice. Each Tapestry community has customized amenity spaces. See each community page for more information. In select Tapestry communities, we have purchase options available. What services are included?
A monthly meal plan providing seasonal, fresh menu options served in one of our many dining venues, weekly housekeeping, holistic program planning, scheduled transportation and car service, and health and wellness consultation are part of the basic service package. Access to staff expertise and security is available 24-hours a day. Additionally, we strive to customize and connect residents to other services they seek.
Are pets allowed?
Of course! We know that pets are an important part of your family and they are most welcome to join you in your new Tapestry home. Cats, fish, birds and dogs are permitted. Residents must be able to provide care for their pets and ensure they are sufficiently trained prior to move-in. A pet agreement is signed with the lease agreement.

Tapestry provides additional services and support so you have more time to spend doing things that you enjoy. Tapestry provides services to simplify your life and supports your wellness pursuits while maintaining the same independence you have in your current home.
Our thoughtfully designed suites include fully equipped kitchens providing choice and flexibility. Cook in your own suite at your leisure, or enjoy a nutritious and delicious meal among friends in our full-service Restaurant and Pub. Complimentary onsite laundry is available with staff on-site to assist as needed. Enjoy the convenience of complimentary weekly housekeeping with the flexibility to add additional services as needed. Our team of in-house wellness and fitness experts can assist you in achieving your wellness pursuits. From personal training, to active recovery, from strength training to fitness goals.
Tapestry is pleased to offer assisted living services as your health care needs evolve. Among our offerings are medication administration, bathing and hygiene support and other services that are customizable to meet your individual needs. These services are provided in the privacy and discretion of your own suite. Health care professionals are onsite 24/7, 365 days a year providing comfort, security and piece of mind. Our health and wellness approach supports your independence so you can continue to live a rich, meaningful and purposeful life on your own terms.
I have lived in my house for many years. Do you provide moving services?
Our Move in advisor is here to support you in making a move to Tapestry, ensuring a seamless transition to our community. They provide the following complimentary services and would be pleased to make recommendations on trusted downsizers and movers that meet your unique needs::
Home visits – To learn more about your preferences, take measurements and support you in making choices about furniture and other belongings that will be moved to your new Tapestry suite.
Custom floorplan – We prepare a custom floorplan for your new suite to show you how best to fit your own furniture and any new items, based on the size and layout. We can also advise on new furniture items and décor based on your preferences.
Supplier recommendations – We only recommend qualified and reliable movers, downsizing and resale companies, furniture retailers and other suppliers as needed.
Move-in day coordination – The entire Tapestry team is ready to support when a new resident moves-in. We take care of all logistics such as securing the elevator and ensuring the television, cable, internet and telephone are activated.
Follow up – Every new resident enjoys a thorough orientation after move-in to acquaint them with the community’s services, programs and amenities.
