Victoria Harbour

Located in beautiful downtown Victoria, Tapestry at Victoria Harbour is currently under development and is slated for completion at the end of 2020 with occupancy expected in January 2021. The community will feature a total of 173 homes, including 131 rental suites and 42 condominiums. Approximately 16,000 square feet will be dedicated to amenity space to provide residents with access to programs and services that support their health and wellness.

With great access to many parks, including the neighbouring St. Ann’s Academy and Beacon Hill Park, walking and cycling opportunities are plentiful. Like other Tapestry communities, our Victoria Harbour location will offer a wide range of services to support health and wellness, and to create a vibrant and connected community where individuals can experience healthy and fulfilled lives.
