#WellnessWednesday: Meditation with Ellen- Kinesiologist Supervisor at Tapestry Arbutus Walk
As we aim to continually engage residents and inspire them to pursue wellness in all of its dimensions, we have launched a new video series, called #WellnessWednesday. This series focuses on leading activities that our viewers can accomplish in the comfort of their own home focusing on all dimensions of wellness.
This week’s video takes a shift from the physical dimension of wellness to focus on the spiritual and emotional benefits of meditation, taught by Tapestry at Arbutus Walk’s Kinesiologist Supervisor Ellen D’arcy. Ellen encourages residents to relax, pull up a chair and join her in this guided meditation class.
