#WellnessWednesday: Balance with Shannon at Tapestry Wesbrook Village
As we aim to continually engage residents and inspire them to pursue wellness in all of its dimensions, we have launched a new video series, called #WellnessWednesday. This series focuses on leading activities that our viewers can accomplish in the comfort of their own home focusing on all dimensions of wellness.
This week’s video features Tapestry at Wesbrook Village’s Kinesiologist Shannon Code leading us through a balanced focus class. Make sure you find an open space in your suite, put on some closed-toe shoes and pull up a chair for support! This workout is about 10 minutes and is a great weekly exercise to work into your schedule.
Our Kinesiologist Shannon: Shannon grew up in Vancouver and has a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia.
