As we aim to continually engage residents and inspire them to pursue wellness in all of its dimensions, we are continuing with our wellness based video series called #WellnessWednesday. This series focuses on leading activities that our viewers can accomplish in the comfort of their own home focusing on all dimensions of wellness.
This week’s video features Tapestry Kinesiologists Shannon and Jenn leading us through a high-intensity workout focused on interval training. Ensure you find an open spaceto participate and wear some closed-toe shoes. Sitting or standing for this workout is optional, as is including light weights. This workout is about 15 minutes and is a great weekly exercise to work into your schedule.
